Day 22: July 20, 2005
Washington

The road sign symbol in Washington is Washington's head. Awesome.

We spend the night in a state park named after the best futuristic submarine talking-dolphin show NBC ever had.

BRIDGEEER!

Day 24: July 21, 2005
Birthday of the Hops

Smoke rises ominously...

...as we approach...

Mt. St. Helens. Dun dun DUN!

They love it in Volcanoville!

ANOTHER DEEP THOUGHT:
"If you ever reach total enlightenment while drinking beer, I bet you could shoot beer out of you nose."

View of Mt. Rainier from Tacoma.

Tom Tuttle's Titanic Titty.

The "Supermall" was no such thing.

Every one of those buildings is a high-rise Starbucks.

It's the CN Tower!

Day 25: July 22, 2005

Departing Seattle after a night of drinking, the guy from Super Size Me, and no damn subways.

We approach the northernmost part of our trip as we roll into the temperate rainforests of Olympic National Park in northwestern Washington.

We head back east, discovering that eastern Washington is surprisingly flat and barren.

Next: Idaho
