Day 21: July 19, 2005
Oregon

First stop in Oregon--The Mystery Vortex! Slightly different than the one
depicted in Sam and Max, and considerably more expensive. We took a pic of
the sign and got outa there.

As if being stuck in traffic behind a Cruise America camper wasn't bad
enough, we have this behemoth with a puma swatting a bird.

The jagged peak of Mt. Bailey.

Bessie finds a lake the same color as she is, and it's love at first sight.

A boat cruises across the vast surface of Crater Lake.

A patch of snow holding on to the edge.

Island in the lake.

See, it's so clear and so deep, only blue light gets reflected back up,
making it very blue.

The dead moths on the floor suggest people don't heed this sign.

Looks kinda tropical.

Another view across the lake.

Aqua Teen Hunger Force. Number one in the hood, G.

We laid our heads in this Best Western.
Day 22: July 20, 2005

A pit stop at the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area.

Uncle Nops approaches the Pacific again...

"This water is 50 degrees. Nops is going to jump in. Let's watch."

And he's under! That's polar bear shit right there.

Uncle Nops frolics in the sea.

Right up the 101, we stop off at the Sea Lion Caves.

Look at those suckers!

Pictures inside the cave don't come out so well.

An awesome nautical gift shop.

With Vikings! YARR!

Current status of the Flagstaff Green Tea. This is of course after a day in
Death Valley.
