Aside from adding Mayor (I'll eventually post up the other designs for him, including the Crank Yanker version), I gave Neetch his new NWO shirt. I'll probably try giving him a hat eventually. I had to extend the 919 kitchen set upward, since last time I only drew it half way up from the floor. I went back to blurred shading in this one. Not real sure how well it works though.
